Mother and Daughter Pearls and Lace Tea PartyMore than 45 mothers and daughters attended the Mother and Daughter tea party on November 7th as part of the Windsor Chamber of Commerce WADE and Tea Fair. The Beanery at Bart's was transformed into a tea wonderland with pink and green tablecloths, china cups and plates, organic teas and wonderful goodies. Each attendee received a raffle ticket for a chance to win one of four wonderful items. Julia Vassallo won the American Girl Doll donated by CBT and a Victorian dress donated by Ruth Fahrbach. Magnolia Grimshaw won the tea basket donated by The Tea House Times.
Mothers and Daughter were treated to several stories read by Superintendent Elizabeth Feser. Everyone then filled their bags with left over goodies including organic chocolate chip cookies, cupcakes and scones
